AmmelTerms of use
These terms apply to the Ammel app and this website. If you got Ammel from the App Store, it is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and these terms add to it. If you got it from Google Play, these terms are the licence. By using Ammel you agree to them. Ammel is made by Yaroslav Boiko, an independent developer (“we”).
Ammel is not medical advice
Ammel is a tool for keeping your own record and reminding you of the times you set. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it does not check whether a medication, a dose or a combination is right for you. Always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions, and never start, stop or change a medication because of something the app shows. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Reminders can fail
Reminders depend on your phone's system and settings, such as notification permission, Focus or Do Not Disturb, the time zone, and battery saving. They can be late or not arrive. Do not rely on Ammel alone for a dose that must not be missed.
Your data is your responsibility
Your record is kept only on your device, and we have no copy of it. If the app is deleted, the phone is lost or reset, or Delete all data is used, your record is gone unless a backup or export of it exists. Check what you enter, and check any report before you rely on it or share it.
Using Ammel
- Ammel is free for personal use.
- Don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, except where the law allows it.
- The Ammel name, logo and artwork are ours. The Manrope typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License.
- We may change, update or stop offering Ammel. Updates may be delivered automatically.
No warranty
Ammel is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it suits any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for harm arising from a missed or mistaken dose, lost data or reliance on the app's content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where you live.
