A report for your doctor

What Ammel's report holds, and how it gets to the person who needs it.

Ten minutes with a doctor go further with the record in front of you. Ammel turns the doses you took and the symptoms you rated into a report: a PDF to show on the phone, print or send, or a CSV to keep.

Pick the period and the medications

Choose a week, a month, a year or everything, or pick the dates on a calendar. Then choose which medications and which parts of the record go in. The report's header prints the two dates it covers and the day it was made.

What the report shows

Spreadsheet files (CSV)

The same record as spreadsheet files, one per part you chose, with a file that says what the export covers. It opens in Numbers, Excel or Google Sheets.

Who sees it

The report is made on your phone. Nothing is uploaded to make it, and it goes only where you send it from your phone's share sheet: mail, a message or a printer. Files you make stay in Ammel, under Your files, until you delete them. The privacy notice has the details.

Ammel is a record-keeping tool, not a medical device. It doesn't give medical advice: follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions.

Free, with no account. Your record stays on your phone.
